Recipe: Gluten Free Buttery Sweet Corn Cookies Instructions

1 lb Fox & Son gluten free corn dog mix (2.25 cups)

2 sticks room temp butter (1/2 lb)

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp granulated sugar.


  1. Heat oven to 325 deg F.

  2. Whip butter and egg until well combined and add to the other ingredients.

  3. Form batter into 2" diameter balls and space onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.

  4. For a chewier cookie, add another egg!
